Škoda Auto India Achieves 250 Customer Touchpoints Milestone

As part of Škoda Auto India’s growth strategy and commitment to enhancing its customer experience, the company has announced its achievement of reaching 250 customer touchpoints across India. The milestone was celebrated with the inauguration of a new sales outlet in Gulbarga, Karnataka. The company’s focus on expanding its network is a key component of its customer-centric approach and commitment to bringing Škoda’s high-quality vehicles closer to the people of India.

Škoda Auto India 2.0 Project

The company’s India 2.0 Project, initiated in 2018, focuses on a made-for-India, ready-for-the-world MQB-A0-IN platform at the core of its product strategy. Lower ownership costs, starting as low as Rs 0.46, and an expanded network and service reach across India are central to Škoda Auto India’s customer-centric approach. Furthermore, their strong commitment to safety, family, and customer satisfaction is reflected in fully digitalized showrooms with immersive technologies that enhance the buying experience.

Škoda Auto India offers a 4-year/100,000 km standard warranty and a range of maintenance and warranty packages, providing owners with up to 8 years or 150,000 kms of hassle-free coverage. The company also offers exchange programs and pre-owned car facilities, solidifying its presence in the Indian market.

In addition to its customer-centric approach, Škoda Auto India takes pride in producing vehicles that have received a full 5-star safety rating from the Global New Car Assessment Programme (Global NCAP) for both adults and children. Both the Kushaq and Slavia have earned this top rating, highlighting Škoda’s commitment to delivering safe and high-quality vehicles to the Indian market.
