One of the prominent engine oil makers, Shell has launched a new range of synthetic engine oil for passenger cars and SUVs. The newly launched engine oil range is developed to comply with the latest Bharat Standard Emission norms.
Moreover, the new range of engine oil can deliver smooth performance, reliability, safety, and fuel efficiency in passenger cars.
About the new Shell Helix 5w-30 engine oils
Shell has developed a new range of 5w-30 grade engine oils to cater to the requirements of daily commuters. The new Shell Helix HX6 boasts a new Active Cleansing Technology which enhances engine’s life with minimal wear and tear. Moreover, this engine oil prevents sludge deposits, ensuring seamless engine performance in daily driving conditions.
For SUV owners, Shell has developed a new SUV range of 5w-30 grade engine oil christened as Helix SUV 5w-30. The manufacturer has developed this engine oil range for vehicles such as SUVs, crossovers, and other high-performance vehicles. As per the manufacturer, this range of engine oil is developed for high performance with maximum power and throttle response. Thus, it results in an adrenaline-pumping performance with minimal wear and tear of parts in challenging driving conditions.
Pricing and other details
The new range of Shell engine oils is developed in compliance with the latest norms of the American Petroleum Institute (API). However, the aim of new range of engine oil is fulfiling demands of turbocharged direct injection (TGDI) petrol engines.
The new range of engine oil can be used in any fuel car like petrol, diesel, CNG, hybrids, etc. The price of Shell Helix HX6 5W-30 is Rs 1575 for 3.5 litres. However, the price of the Shell Helix SUV 5W-30 is Rs 2576 for 3.5 litres.
