Maruti Value-Added Services celebrates 25 Million Customers

Maruti Suzuki Subscribe saw tremendous growth in the previous financial year, with an increase of 292% in car subscriptions. To meet the growing demand, the company expanded its reach to 25 cities and added 2 new leasing partners in FY2022-23. Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance, a digital finance platform, continued to support customers for the third year. And Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance has provided over INR 52,000 crores in loans to more than 8.3 lakh customers.

The Maruti Suzuki Rewards program has marked its second anniversary with a customer base of over 8.2 million members. Additionally, the company partnered with Indian Oil Company Ltd. (IOCL) to offer XtraRewards points to customers for refueling at IOCL pumps. Maruti Suzuki also introduced a digital ecosystem with NEXAVerse and ARENA Verse digital car showrooms. These digital platforms provide an immersive retail experience for its NEXA and ARENA showroom network.
