Kia India Launches Live Consulting and Streaming Service

Kia has unveiled its latest initiative, Kia Krystal which will help in the after-sales experience for its customers in India.

This service introduces real-time video-based updates, including live streaming, accessible through the My Kia app.

From detailed explanations of the work being done to clear breakdowns of costs involved, Kia Krystal sets a new standard for customer-centric service in the Indian automotive industry.

Nationwide Availability and Expansion Plans

Currently operational in 237 Kia dealerships across the country, Kia Krystal is rapidly gaining momentum. Twenty-five dealerships have already embraced the live streaming feature, with plans to extend this service to an additional 60 dealerships by the end of 2024.
