The introduction of the new e-scooter furthers HOP Electric’s mission to provide customers with affordable mobility. All NEW HOP LEO is under one lac in price. This electric two-wheeler is available for purchase online and at the nearby HOP Experience Center.
The ALL NEW HOP LEO has a remarkable true range of 120 kilometres. It is one of the most potent entry-level electric scooters on the market. Its eflow technology and voltage architecture of 72 V, 2200 W peak motor power. 90 Nm maximum torque at the wheels. The scooter is simple to handle and provides a smooth ride thanks to the BLDC hub motor and Sinusoidal FOC Vector Control controller.
The battery is an advanced lithium-ion with a 2.1 kWh installed capacity that can travel up to 120 Km on a single charge. It has an 850 W smart charger and takes 2.5 hours to charge from 0% to 80%.
The ALL NEW HOP LEO has a climbing capacity of up to 12 degrees and four riding modes This includes Eco-Power-Sport and Reverse. The rear suspension consists of a hydraulic spring-loaded shock absorber. Front suspension is an upright telescopic fork. Disc-disc brakes with a Combi-brake system and regenerative braking are used on the front and rear wheels. The front and rear wheels are both 10 inches, and the front and rear tyres are both 90/90-r10. The loading capacity of the electric scooter is 160 kg, and it has a ground clearance of 160 mm. It is waterproof and dustproof thanks to its IP 67/65 rating.
The Hop LEO has an LCD digital display and no connectivity, but a third-party GPS tracker is available as an option. The scooter is offered in five different colours: black, white, grey, blue, and red. A green number plate is required for registration.
