About CEAT Bike Mobile Crew
The Bike Mobile Crew service is aimed at tackling the various obstacles encountered by riders. This service covers regions with challenging terrains, limited access to servicing professionals, and no mobile network coverage. Currently being piloted in Sarchu and Mahe in Ladakh, this initiative plans to extend its reach to other destinations across India.
The CEAT Bike Mobile Crew provides an all-around solution for tire repairs and complete bike repairs. By delivering comprehensive repair services on-site, riders can continue their journeys with peace of mind, even in remote locations. With this service, riders will not have to compromise their journey due to mechanical issues, ensuring a seamless biking experience.
The Commencement Schedule and Aim of this Service
The CEAT Bike Mobile Crew comprises a full-stack technician team including a program manager, skilled mechanics, drivers, and a helper/co-driver. The brand is committed to delivering a brilliant service with peace of mind to the customers. This service was officially commenced in Mahe, Ladakh on 2nd June. And the brand is on the verge of commencing the same service in Sarchu, Ladakh soon.
