While not an all-new model like a few others unveiled at the Ducati event ahead of the EICMA, the Ducati Scrambler Flat Track Pro is a racy new twist given to the Scrambler family. The Flat Track Pro version takes the expressive theme of the Scrambler to a racier level.
The new Scrambler is inspired by the bike ridden in the American AMA Pro Flat Track 2015 Championship by Troy Bayliss and Johnny Lewis. Based on the Scrambler Full Throttle, the new motorcycle gets several modifications to create its own identity. The Flat Track Pro features an all-new Racing Yellow tank with two-tone painted side panels. There’s also a logo identical to the one on the bike that raced in the USA.

The seat on the Flat Track Pro is meant only for the rider, and features contrasting yellow stitching. For the first time on a Ducati Scrambler, this bike features a side-mounted plate holder. Other unique features include the nose fairing and a short front mudguard which is the same colour as the tank. A premium detail on this version is the beautiful rear-view mirror which is carved out of solid metal.
The alloy wheels on the Ducati Scrambler Flat Track Pro are the same as the ones on the Full Throttle version. The low tapered handlebars and Termignoni exhaust Slip-on are also shared with the Scrambler Full Throttle. The wheels here have the added styling element of rim piping in the same colour as the tank though. The handgrips, too, have been specially designed for this version.
Several parts on the motorcycle have been carved out of solid metal, underlining the racing oriented theme of the Ducati Scrambler Flat Track Pro. The footrests, sprocket cover, rear-view mirrors and front brake fluid filler cap come from Duacti’s extensive Scrambler accessories catalogue.
