The Yamaha M-Slaz (MT-15) will make its official debut at the Thailand Auto Expo in Indonesia today. The M-Slaz is a street fighter based on the YZF-R15 Version 2.0, which means it uses the same, 149 cc, single cylinder engine and the Delta Box frame.
However, the new M-Slaz will bring in its own set of features to differentiate it from its faired sibling. All-new styling gets the M-Slaz a set of sharper, skimpier body panels, a new split seat, a low-slung fairing with a compact headlamp cluster, and a new tail section. Appearances apart, the M-Slaz will also feature USD front forks, a fully digital instrument cluster and a flatter handlebar.
