The Hyderabad E-Motor Show, hosted by the State Government of Telangana at the HITEX EXHIBITION CENTRE, saw the introduction of the HOP OXO, a revolutionary electric motorbike. HOP Electric, India’s top manufacturer of electric two-wheelers, made the announcement.
Due to its innovative design that blends affordability, performance, and sustainability, HOP OXO is revolutionising the motorbike market. HOP OXO will transform how people ride thanks to its cutting-edge features. The motorcycle’s real range is 135 km or 150 km, and its peak speed is 90 km/h or 95 km/h, respectively. Additionally, it has a voltage architecture of 72 V, a maximum torque (at the wheels) of 185 Nm or 200 Nm*, and a motor power (peak) of 5.2 Kw or 6.2 Kw. A BLDC Hub motor, Sinusoidal FOC Vector Control, and riding modes including Eco-Power-Sport and Reverse mode are all included in the motorcycle’s setup.
A cutting-edge Lithium-ion High Performance Battery with an installed capacity of 3.75 Kwh and a smart charger of 850 W with a charging time of 0-80% in 4 hours power the HOP OXO. The motorbike has a payload capacity of 250 kg and is outfitted with an upright telescopic fork front suspension, hydraulic spring loaded shock absorber rear suspension, disc brakes with Combi-brake system, and regenerative braking. Along with connection and security features like 4G LTE CAT4, GNSS with AGPS, BLE 5.0* with a Mobile App, and 128-bit encryption (Edge to cloud security), it also boasts a 5-inch Smart LCD Display (1000 cd/m2, IP67).
Five alternative colors—Twilight Grey, Candy Red, Magnetic Blue, Electric Yellow, and True Black—are offered for the HOP OXO. The terms and conditions apply to the Pro Package features. The motorbike may be purchased at one of HOP’s ten experience centres in Hyderabad, which are located, among other places, in Himayat Nagar, Uppal, Karmanghat, Malakpet, Kompally, Kukatpally, and Medchal.
