Yamaha India is famous amongst the biker population in India for their sweet handling, performance oriented motorcycles. To strengthen brand equity and please their style conscious female audience, Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt. Ltd. had announced its association with Miss Diva 2014 last month. A total of 108 contestants registered for Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva Universe 2014 auditions at Samrat Hotel in New Delhi. Post a few competitive rounds, 6 were selected for the national round to be scheduled in Mumbai later this year. Priyanka Khatri was declared as ‘Miss Fascino’ at the closing stages of the glamorous and competitive auditions.
The city auditions are entering its concluding phase with one last audition to be conducted in Mumbai shortly. Shortlisted candidates from the city auditions will come for the national round auditions to be scheduled in Mumbai later this year.
Miss Diva was launched last year as a franchise for Miss Universe. The national auditions at various cities started from 31st July’14, Miss Diva 2014 in association with Yamaha Motor India to identify the Divas who will be a perfect personification of beauty and intelligence. The winner of Miss Diva 2014 will represent India at Miss Universe 2014. Miss Universe is an annual international beauty contest that is run by the Miss Universe Organization and along with the Miss Earth and Miss World contests, Miss Universe is one of the three largest beauty pageants in the world. Miss Diva will search for girls who have the attitude, the oomph and the smarts, and who believe they can bring India international glory at Miss Universe 2014.
