As the norms set by government, no BS IV engines will be sold from April 2020,

But as the engines differ and with the new BS VI, will there be any difference in the fuel type too?

if there will be a difference in the grade BS VI and grade BS VI fuel type, as it says the levels of toxic chemicals such as NO2 willl be brought down, how will it affect the existing cars with BS IV engines?

Everyone out there is asking about the impact of introduction of the BS VI engines but I am more concerned about the changes in the engine itself, like in the sense of power, torque, top speed as compared to previous BS 4 engines.

the extent of sulphar is the major difference between Bs6 and Bs 4 norms. BS-4 fuels contain 50 parts per million (ppm) sulphur, the BS6 grade fuel only has 10 ppm sulphur.
