The 21 Gun Salute Vintage Car Press Meet successfully concluded in New Delhi yesterday. Dhairya Gupta reports:
We at Motoroids love cars and bikes in all forms and shapes. But vintage cars have a special place in our hearts. So when we got an invite for announcement of “21 Gun Salute International Vintage Car Rally & Concours Show 2016”, we were really excited. We were looking forward to seeing the newly restored 1952 Daimler DB18 Drophead Coupe which was previously owned by Raja Saheb Bahadur Khetri.
The venue was 21 Gun Salute Restaurant. The restaurant has a huge collection of vintage things. We saw some vintage telephones, guns and two beautiful bikes along with the Daimler Drophead. Now coming to the reason we were there – discussion on the Roadmap of 21 Gun Salute Vintage Car Rally & Concours.
For the past five years, 21 Gun Salute has been successfully presenting the International Vintage Car Rally & Concours Show; year after year, the event is getting bigger and better and 2016 is going to be the grandest so far. Offering a feast of events for car aficionados and connoisseurs of culture, the event showcases the rich Indian legacy & narrates a vintage car-fable at India’s most celebrated locales.

<p class=”MsoNormal” style=”text-align: justify;”>The value of a car depreciates after 2 years and new cars are always replaced by even newer ones. This is one of the biggest reasons not to buy a new car, because after a year you can buy it at a lower cost and still most likely will look the same again. So yeah, buying a used car counts as savings. When you buy Used Cars in South Africa, you will be saving carbon emissions to the environment, since this is because a new car has a lot of energy together. What do you think?</p>
