We are reporting live from the 2014 Auto Expo, where Harley Davidson has just launched its much anticipated Street 750 cruiser in India. The bookings for the new motorcycle will open in March 2014. The Street 750 is a brand new product platform from the Harley Davidson stable in about 14 years.
The new Harley Davidson Street 750, which is the second model in the iconic motorcycle maker’s new entry level range of bikes, is quite literally is a ‘revolution’ of sorts. Made with developing nations and urban riders in the mind, the new Street 750 is expected to become a big success in India, more so with the attractive price at which it’s been launched
The new motorcycle, which was unveiled earlier this year the 2013 edition of EICMA, is powered by an all-new Revolution X Engine. This new engine boasts of liquid cooling, which is a first for a Harley motorcycle.

The new Harley Davidson Street 750 has not just been made for India but will also be Made in India, with the assembly taking place at the manufacturer’s Bawal facility in Haryana!
The new 750cc motor will come attached to a six speed manual transmission and power will be transmitted to the rear wheels via a Harley toothed belt.
Visually, the new Harley Davidson Street 750 is every bit a true-blue mid-weight cruiser.
The bike rides on very tasty looking 7 spoke wheels that have a 17 inch radius in front and 15 inch in rear. The wheels are shod with 100/80 and 140/75 section Micehlin tyres at front and rear respectively.
We believe that the new Harley Davidson Street 750 will be quick to hit a sweet spot and the upcoming bike, which has been tailor-made for India, is looking all set to write a success-story.
