Bridgestone India today announced its association with Honda’s all-new premium Sports Lifestyle Vehicle, WR-V as the OE supplier for their Ecopia EP150 low rolling resistance tyres to be fitted on the car’s wheels. This eco-friendly tyre is designed to deliver excellent fuel economy and low noise while maintaining high levels of safety standards. It utilizes unique compounds and cutting-edge technology in its tread design to strike a balance between fuel efficiency, safety and durability. These tyres have been specifically engineered for the cost-conscious and eco-conscious driver.
The Bridgestone Ecopia EP150 features Rib-linked blocks which helps maintain a uniform contact patch that ensures excellent braking performance even in wet conditions. An optimized 3D block shape tread pattern pushes water aside for smooth rolling. The tyre has been built from a new Ecopia compound which improves rolling resistance and ideal weight distribution ensures the tyres score high on durability. The new tyre promises improved fuel efficiency, a quieter ride, superior wear resistance and predictable handling in wet and hazardous conditions.
