TVS recently launched it latest flagship product, the new Apache RR310 in the Indian market. The motorcycle has been priced aggressively at INR 2.05 lakh (ex-showroom) which is pretty decent considering the overall package. But how does it stand against its rivals in terms of technical specifications and prices?
Here’s a detailed technical specification comparison of the all-new TVS Apache RR310 versus its rivals – the KTM RC390, the Duke 250, the Bajaj Dominar 400, the Kawasaki Ninja 300 and the Benelli 302R.

The new TVS Apache RR310 may not be the most powerful motorcycle in this comparison but it packs a long list of premium hardware, and for an aggressive price tag. The Bi-LED projector headlight, full-digital vertical instrument console, KYB tuned upside down front forks and rear monoshock, ABS, and a price tag of INR 2.05 lakh (ex-showroom) help the TVS Apache RR310 compete against its rivals like the KTM RC390, although the Austrian pocket rocket has an upper hand in terms of performance.
The Bajaj Dominar 400 is the most value for money product in this comparison but the lack of front fairing and windscreen would mean more windblast at high speeds.
So, if you’re looking for a race track focused motorcycle, the KTM RC390 will put a wide smile on your face. If you want an everyday motorcycle that packs decent amount of power and does not burn a hole in your back account, the Bajaj Dominar 400 would make your commutes fun. But if you’re in the market for a fully faired motorcycle that can haul your rear to work through the week, let you enjoy a long ride around the canyon without breaking your back, and still let you hunt down apexes on a race track, the TVS Apache RR310 is just the right thing for you.
