VW India has launched additional features for its Polo hatchback and Vento sedan. The revised features list comes soon after this VW duo got a minor facelift in Indian market.
The Comfortline and Hightline variants of Vento C Segment sedan will now come with a 2-DIN audio system with USB, Bluetooth and AUX Compatibility.
The Highline variant of the Polo gets a new RCD 320 music system that supports USB, AUX and Bluetooth connections. The Comfortline variant gets a RCD 310 audio setup that misses out on Bluetooth connectivity. The Highline variant also gets the automatic climate control which has been sorely missed till now.
The updated VW Vento and Polo are being expected to become dearer by INR 10-20k.
@Krishna – From where did you get 2-DIN with GPS for 18k, VW sells the company fitted system for 30k and aftermarket price is 21k (including shipping charges from China). But does the warrantly lapses if you put the system from outside in a new polo?
Oh, i think, VW played it safe. They announced the new feature addition but did not even bother to mention the removal of important feature. rear parking display is really a good feature.
Yup. I booked polo Petrol highline 2 weeks back. dealers called me update on new features and new price 🙂
Three imp new features.
1. new RCD 320 music system that supports USB, AUX and Bluetooth connections
2. Automatic climate control
3. Real seat folds 100 % (60 % for previous versions)
