The Fast and Furious (Part 1) movie was released long back in 2001. No one would have guessed that it would run into 6 parts. We have already reported about the upcoming Fast and Furious 7 which is likely to released next year. After failing to rope in the Bollywood damsel Deepika Padukone (she could’nt match the dates) for the 7th part, the film shooting has already started. The film’s main character Vin Diesel has now posted a video from the first day of shooting in Atlanta.
“We’re on the set of the next installment of the Fast & Furious saga!” said Vin Diesel on Facebook.
The F&F 7 is being directed by James Wan, who has been the director of horror films Saw and Insidious.
The seventh film of the series takes off from where the last one ended, with most of the characters returning, including Dwayne Johnson, while action star Jason Statham joins the franchise.
Not much is known about the cars of Fast & Furious 7 but it has been revealed in the poster that Jason Statham, in true Transporter style, will be seen behind the wheel of a German limo. The car seen in the above poster is the new 2014 Mercedes S Class. It is also being said that the movie has good chances of featuring the Venom GT.
The sequel to the Fast and Furious 6 will be launched on July 7, 2014. Lead actor Vin Diesel has already confirmed that the F&F 7 will be the ‘biggest one of all’.
