Mahindra launched the e2o electric vehicle in India back in March 2013 with a price tag of Rs. 5.96 lakh (On-road, Delhi). One of the smallest electric vehicles available, the e2o didn’t exactly achieve the levels of success the company had imagined it to. However, this has not discouraged Mahindra from promoting the product time and again. This time, the Indian automobile manufacturer has come up with another campaign named as ‘Driven by Goodness’.

Mahindra has gone on to release a set of videos featuring the e2o with the key video titled ‘The Lift’. The video features popular bollywood actor Sanjay Mishra and TV actor Naveen Kasturia who is known for his role in the TVF drama series – Pitchers. While the main video showcases the concept of the campaign, the videos following them display a few of the features that are unique to the e20.

Before you continue with the video, here is a little information about the motor that powers the e2o. The Mahindra e2o, a fully electric vehicle, is powered by a 3 phase induction motor. This motor is tuned to produce a power output of 25 hp at 3750 rpm while the peak torque of 53 Nm comes up at 0-3400 rpm. This motor sends power to the wheels with the help of a fully automatic transmission.
