This should be a good news for you if, by any chance, Tata Vista has always been seen as a potentially hot hatch by you. Our reliable sources have told us that two new variants of the Vista will be soon launched with the 90bhp MJD motor that comes from the elder sister Manza. The new variants also sport Manza’s dashboard which means Tata Motors have taken the user feedback on Vista’s current dashboard quite seriously.
The new Tata Vista 90 MJD will come in VX and ZX trims.
The interiors will come draped in a shade of beige and will get golden garnishing on some parts of the dashboard.
On the safety front, the new Tata Vista VX 90 will come with ABS. No leather steering or airbags but the ZX, which would be the top of the line variant, would offer the same.
Also coming up would be the CR4 engine variant which, in all probability, would replace the TDI variant but more on that later.
The new variants of the car are expected to be priced lesser than the Punto Sport 90hp but offer similar mechanicals. Unlike what we were hoping, Tata have not re-tuned the suspension to suit some spirited driving. But more power is always welcome. Is not it?
