Tata Motors expands dealership footprint to over 600 touch points in South India

With a network of over 600 touch points, Tata Motors continues to expand its dealership footprint across Southern India. The company has launched three new 3S dealerships in Trichy, Warangal & Madurai, in the last three months with new state-of-the-art facilities to provide customers with a complete sale, service and spares experience, catering to Tata Motors complete range of commercial vehicles, all under one roof.

Highlights of the facilities are as follow-

  • Equipped with dedicated bays like accident repair bays, washing ramps, dedicated quick service bays, two post hoists and inspection pit.
  • Equipped with amenities like advanced Wheel Alignment units and an Automatic Lube Dispensing unit, along with driver restrooms with bunkers and washrooms.
  • Sales and customer reception area is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi enabled.
  • These facilities also offer 24*7 services in the region.
  • Professionally trained and experienced staff

With over 1400 sales and over 1800 service touch points across the country, the company hopes to develop and deploy effective modern dealership models, to significantly improve customer experience and convenience across its network, while also improving penetration and driving quality.
