It’s been just a few minutes since we posted about the BMW S1000RS and there is another Beemer making news and this time it’s the 2014 BMW NineT. To some this might come as a surprise, but regular readers might remember we posting on the BMW Concept Ninety unveiled in May this year to celebrate 90 years of BMW Motorrad and 40th anniversary of the BMW R90S. Hence on a clearer part, this motorcycle is a production version retro roadster of the very concept.

Posted by Online German Magazine www.Mo-Web.de, the pictures were taken when the bikes had stopped for refueling near Lake Garda in Northern Italy. Getting down to technical details, the pictures easily reveal an air cooled boxed twin engine with the two pipes merging into a collector and concluding into a vertically stacked twin exhaust outlets on the left. The front suspension is a snobby set of golden inverted forks with a vertically mounted monoshock at the rear. A shaft drive on the right looks traditionally BMW putting the spoked wheels into momentum and Brembo brakes for stopping power.

Mo-Web reports the engine be a 1200cc (1170cc to be precise) capable of cranking out 118 bhp of max power and 80 nm of twisting force. Speculated to be priced between € 13000-14000, the classy looking motorcycle is set to debut on 16th October 2013 at Intermot Bike Show to be held at Cologne Germany.

The 2014 BMW NineT Roadster might strike resemblance to the Moto Guzzi Grusso, but the Beemer is definitely a better styled and proportioned candidate.
