Renault Fluence launch on 23rd May: official images and details

It’s officially official. Renault is launching the Fluence sedan in India on the 23rd May 2011. The company has released a set of exterior and interior images for the India specific car (RHD). The car will be launched in Delhi at 12:00 noon. All senior members from Renault India management team will be available for interactions after the event. Motoroids will be present at the event to report the pricing, features and Renault India strategy to you live from the launch event.

The Fluence will take on the contenders in the C+ segment which comprises of Cruze, Civic, Laura and the Corolla. The Fluence will come equipped with a 1.5-liter diesel and a 2.0-liter petrol. As we told you earlier, the diesel engine will propel the entry level car while the petrol engine version will be the more premium version with all the bells and whistles.

Apart from manual transmission, the car will also have a 6-speed auto transmission to its credit, which will be exclusive to the petrol variant.
