The Renault Fluence facelift India launch is scheduled to happen on March 19th. Renault had showcased the updated Fluence at the Auto Expo last month.
According to reports, the French car maker has already commenced with the dispatching of the updated Fluence to dealerships across India. The diesel variant of the car can be booked by a paying a sum of INR 50,000. Since the facelift does not upgrade the mechanicals, the car will not see much revision in the prices.
The facelifted Fluence gets a major front end revamp, with the Renault logo now having grown in size. The car will come with redesigned headlamps, new bumper with the integrated fog lamps and daytime running lights. The Renault Fluence facelift will be available in two diesel trims E2 and E4 and the petrol will be available as before in the top-end trim mated to the six-speed CVT gearbox.

- 16 inch alloy wheels
- Rain sensing wipers
- Dusk sensing headlamps
- Climate controls
- ESP
- Side-chest airbags along with the standard front airbags.
The Renault Fluence diesel is powered by the 110 PS 1.5-liter diesel motor, which produces 240 Nm of torque at 1850 rpm. The engine comes mated to a six-speed manual transmission and has an ARAI certified fuel effciency figure of 20.4 kmpl.
