Royal Enfield has been very active in organizing motorcycle touring events in India and looking at the huge fan following that the manufacturer has, it will be an understatement to say that such events have been quite successful in the past. Bulleteers are well aware of the Tour of Nepal that the manufacturer organizes and this time, the organizer has also set its eyes on Bhutan. Christened as the 2012 Royal Enfield Tour of Bhutan, this will be the first factory backed tour to the neighbour ever. This tour will see bulletsw thumping across Indian states of West Bengal, Sikkim and Assam. The motorcycles will then greet the excellent roads of Bhutan. The Tour of Bhutan 2012 will culminate at Guwahati, Assam.The Tour of Bhutan begins on 5th May, 2012, and will end on the 15th May. The conditions required to become a part of this tour is that you will need to ride your own Royal Enfield motorcycle in this tour and pay RE a sum of INR 22,500 at the time of registration. The amount includes charges for accommodation and breakfast. The tour will cover nearly 1,600 Km across 10 riding days.
