Porsche is close to launching the new Porsche 918 Spyder and the car maker recently filed a trademark in China for the car’s design.
The leaked image here shows that the car might have slight modifications over the prototypes that were spotted testing earlier. Not much can be made out from the image here but from what we can make out, the car would come with hidden door handles that featured on the concept. The car will also get green brake calipers.
The upcoming Porsche 918 Spyder is expected to be powered by a 4.6-liter V8 engine that provides a peak power output of 580 hp and max torque rating of 500 Nm. Mated to the engine will be two electric motors with a combined output of 245 hp. This means that the car would have approximately 795 hp at its disposal.
