The 2015 Mahindra Scorpio has been spied so many times now, there are little secrets left to be hidden. This time around, the cars interiors have been spied without any camouflage and by the looks of it, it sure looks upmarket, modern, angular and better than the outgoing model.
The interiors are dual-tone, the steering wheel appears similar to the one on the XUV500 and has steering mounted controls. The dials feature blue back lighting and the new digital MID sits between the Rev counter on the left and the speedometer on the right. Power window switches have been moved from the dashboard to the doors. This seemingly top-end version will also features a 7-inch touchscreen with sat-nav and rear-view camera. A/c vents are rectangular and feature chrome around the borders and the cenre console is surrounded by piano black inserts providing an upmarket look. The a/c vents at the rear still don’t get any control features though.
On the outside, the headlamps, grille, bumpers at the front and rear will be different and the tail-lamps are now LED. Alloy wheels will feature new design, while the side profile will continue to look similar to the outgoing model.
We hope along-with the interiors, the ride and handling package has improved too, which should give the Scorpio some real sting in it’s tail.
