We promised you yesterday that we will bring you the official images of the new SL63 AMG as soon as they are released, and here we are at your service with an image gallery. The new SL63AMg was unveiled yesterday at the Barcelona circuit in Spain along with the new Mercedes GP W03 F1 car, more details on which in a while.
The new SL63 AMG Roadster features the familiar M157 twin-turbo 5.5-liter V8 with 529 horsepower, but has about 120kg less than its predecessor. We have put up more technical details about the car along with a video in an earlier post. Click here to visit the page.
Here’s the image gallery. We think that those daytime running lights and that confused headlamp gives a rather ungainly look to the face of this car. Of late the new Mercedes cars seem to be devoid of a design direction, and seem more like a concoction of a variety of thoughts in design. Would you agree?
