The Lancer has always been a personal favourite and it is since some time that I have been waiting to get some concrete details on the next generation of the popular car.
There have been enough speculations of the next gen Lancer coming to our car market in 2013 but now it has emerged that the all new Lancer wouldn’t be unveiled before 2014. This means that the new Lancer would not be making to our country before 2015.
The reason for this delay is the global financial crisis that Mitsubishi has suffered from.
The next generation Mitsubishi Lancer concept would debut at the Tokyo motor show in late 2013 and would borrow no design cues from the current gen Lancer.
