Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, India’s largest selling car maker, has come up with yet another limited edition variant for the Swift Dzire compact sedan. Dubbed as the new Swift DZire LDiX, the latest limited edition variant comes loaded with many new features over the LDi trim and is available with diesel engine option only.
The new Maruti Suzuki Swift DZire LDiX is based on the entry level LDi trim level and boasts of features such as- central locking with remote, all four power windows, day/night interior rear view mirror, double din audio player with four speakers, passenger side vanity mirror, body coloured ORVMs, integrated turn indicators on ORVMs and front fog lamps.
With the addition of all these features, the new Swift Dzire LDiX is as feature-laden as the VDivariant. However, while the Swift Dzire is priced at INR 7.53 lakhs on road, the new Swift Dzire LDiX has been priced at INR 6.86 lakhs. The Swift DZire LDi is priced at INR 6.39 lakhs. Basically, the new Swift Dzire LDiX brings in INR 46,500 worth of extra goodies over LDi trim.
It has also emerged that several Maruti dealers across the country are still left with stocks of Swift DZire units produced in 2013 and are offering these cars with a special discount offer. Talking about the fresh stock, the one manufactured in 2014, it is available with discounts of up to INR 16,500 in lieu of Exchange/Loyalty Bonus of INR 15,000 and corporate discount of up to INR 1,500.
