Regulars here would remember that we were the first ones to report about the launch of the new Hyosung GT 250R Limited Edition. The new special variant of the DSK-Hyosung’s smallest bike has been launched in India at a sticker price of INR 2.97 lakhs (ex-showroom Pune) and the new latest addition to DSK-Hyosung’s considerably vast line-up becomes the first ‘locally painted’ bike from the Indo-Korean JV.

As we have been saying, the launch of this new bike is a part of the first anniversary celebrations of Hy Ryders- An exclusive club by DSK Motowheels. It may be noted that the GT250R has been on sale in the entry level sportsbike maket of Indi since over a year now and the the new Limited Edition variant will most likely boost the sales of the fast-ageing quarter litre Korean sportsbike.

As is the case with most of such ‘limited edition’ models, the new Hyosung GT250R Limited Edition remains mechanically untouched and the only difference between this Limited Edition model and the regular variants is purely cosmetic in nature.

The GT250R Limited Edition boasts of a bespoke Hurricane Yellow paint job and also gets a couple of ‘Limited Edition’ decals. This is not all as the buyers of the Hyosung GT250R LE also get to have their signatures affixed on the fuel tank. Only 50 units of this bike will be ever produced.
