MyTVS 24×7 emergency breakdown services introduced

 

 

TVS Automobile Solutions Limited (TVS ASL) has partnered with GMR Hyderabad International Airport and have recently launched 24×7 emergency breakdown assistance services for passenger cars in the vicinity of the airport. The GMR – MyTVS 24×7 Emergency Services was inaugurated at the Hyderabad Airport by Mr. Ramesh Krishna Moorthi, Chief Commercial Officer – RGIA, Mr. G.U.G. Sastry, Chief Operating Officer – RGIA and Mr. Srikanth Srinivasan, GM – MyTVS.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This support offers solutions for both mechanical and electrical breakdowns, flat tires, dead batteries, key lock-outs and all. These services are to be managed through TVS ASL’s famous brand ‘MyTVS. The set up boasts of round the clock mobile service vehicle along with trained manpower stationed at the Airport. All the vehicles in and around the Airport can call for the services using the dedicated toll free number –1800-266-2003.This facility can also be availed by non-members of ‘MyTVS.’

Speaking on the occasion of launch, Mr. G.U.G. Sastry, Chief Operating Officer – Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) said, “This is the first of its kind initiative in Indian Airports and we are planning for more such customer friendly initiatives. MyTVS 24×7 Emergency Services has an excellent record in customer satisfaction and we are happy to associate with them.”
