MRF tops again with respect to Customer Satisfaction: J.D. Power Study

The J.D. Power is a global marketing information services company. The company operates in various key business sectors and is well known for its operations in the automotive sector.

According to J.D. power’s 2010 study of Asia Pacific India Original Equipment Tyre Customer Satisfaction Index (TCSI), MRF topped the list, now for the seventh time in the Tyre Category. This is the 10th year of the study which considers the satisfaction amongst original equipment tyre owners during the first 12 or 24 months of usage.

MRF managed to top the list with a total of 810 points. According to the study, MRF performs very well in all four aspects listed in the order of importance: appearance, durability, traction/handling and ride. The 2010 India Original Equipment Tyre Customer Satisfaction Index Study is as per the responses of 3,874 new-vehicle owners. These new vehicle owners were surveyed from May 2007 through August 2008, between 12 to 24 months of ownership. The study commenced between May and August 2009.
