Mercedes Benz India will launch the new C Class W205 on the 25th of November, in 5 days from now. Replacing the w204 C Class, the new W205 C is going to be fresher than before, and for now only two variants will be sold in India- the C200 petrol and the C220 CDI diesel. To make way for the new C, Mercedes Benz India bid farewell to it’s predecessor, the W204. As the final example rolled out from the Stuttgart based manufacturer’s Chakan plant in Pune, the facility gears up to assemble the highly anticipated W205 C Class. The new C will be assembled at Chakan along side the E Class, the GL Class, the ML Class and the S 350.

Stylistically, the new C Class paints a bolder picture than its predecessor, with added dynamism and tension on its exterior surfaces and curves, and in the process, ends up looking like a beautifully scaled down S Class.  It’s also almost 100 Kgs lighter then its predecessor due to intense aluminum usage in its construction.

The all-new W205 Mercedes Benz C Class is slated for 25th November launch. Stay tuned!

The beautifully laid out interior of the new Mercedes C-Class is a clear departure from its traditional design theme, while  centrally positioned 8.4 inch free-standing central display is the main eye-catching feature across the center console, amongst other things. Things also get easier with an updated COMAND infotainment/navigation system. Stay tuned for more new on the new C Class as it’s launch date inches closer.
