The Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 SV (Super Veloce) debuted at the 85th Geneva International Show 2015 earlier this month. With a screaming 740 bhp of power at 8400 rpm and 690 Nm of torque at 5500 rpm from its 6.5 liter V12 engine, the Aventador SV is also 50 Kgs lighter than the standard Aventador (LP 700-4), which makes do with “only” 690 bhp from the same V12. Thanks to its generous dose of power, Lamborghini says that this 1.6-tonne SV will decimate the 100 km/h mark in just 2.8 seconds, while 200 km/h comes up in just 8.6 seconds! Top speed is rated at a stratospheric 350 km/h.

It costs 327,190 Euros (2.22 Crore INR – approx.) before taxes, and only one unit has been purportedly allotted to India, and we hear it’s headed to Kolkata.
Lamborghini is promoting the Aventador SV as “Reactive Engineering”, and has released a promotional video of the same:
“Reactive Engineering means that this car has been designed to instantly react to everything you want as a driver at that moment. It’s the ultimate synthesis of Lamborghini, and that’s what we’ve built this film around”, says Luca Zamboni, Creative Director at JWT (J. Walter Thompson) Italy, the agency responsible for filming the promotional video.
