Koenigsegg entry model in the offing!

Koenigsegg Agera 2

If various reports on the cyber space are to be believed, Christian Von Koenigsegg recently revealed to select media that his company has been working on coming with a new entry-level model that will be positioned below the Agera (seen in the images here)

Talking to a media group, Koenigsegg has said that the upcoming model would be priced between $600,000-700,000 (€433,400-505,635) and even though the upcoming car would be considerable cheaper than the current models that the company offers, it would would have all the virtues of a Koenigsegg model.

While nothing much is known about this car, it is being expected that this model would be powered by a less powerful version of the Agera’s engine. The Agera is powered by a twin-turbo 5.0-liter V8 that has a max power of 960 PS (706 kW) and peak torque of 1100 Nm (811 lb-ft). Koenigsegg has also informed media that the One:1 supercar has been sold out. The One:1 is powered by a twin-turbo 5.0-liter V8 engine that has a max power of 1,341 PS (986 kW) and peak torque of 1,371 Nm (1,011 lb-ft) of torque.
