The Indian subsidiary of Honda Two Wheelers today launched a Dream Yuga special edition to cash in on the consumer interest for new purchases during the festive season.
The Honda Dream Yuga Special Edition, like most other ‘special edition’ models out there, comes with some minor cosmetic updates to capture the bike buying lot’s attention. The updates on Dream Yuga Special Edition include dual tone color themes, new decals, body colored mirrors and grab rail and a chrome plated heat shield for the silencer.
Talking about the new limited edition of the Dream Yuga, Yadvinder S. Guleria, vice president – Sales & Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd., said,”Dream Yuga has sold more than three lakh units within the first year of its launch. To celebrate this achievement and upcoming festival season, we are introducing new limited edition of Dream Yuga. We are confident that the new limited edition will attract young customers.“
The Dream Yuga limited edition continues to be powered by a 110cc air-cooled 4-stroke engine that develops a max power of 8.5PS. The motor comes mated to a four-speed unit manual transmission, which has an all-up pattern. Honda recently upgraded the engine with the HET (Honda Eco Technology), resulting in a higher claimed fuel economy of 74kpl.
The Honda Dream Yuga Special Edition goes on sale for a price of INR 45,164 (ex-showroom Delhi), which is surprisingly the same as the regular variant.
