The Mahindra Mojo is a bit of an unicorn, showing up now and then, with a launch timeline that’s being stretched like a black hole’s event horizon. Anyhow, what we have here a small clip that captures the Mojo’s exhaust note for the first time on camera. The clip was filmed in Lucknow, by keen Motorcykle.in staffers.
The single cylinder, 295cc, liquid cooled engine relieves itself through not one, but two exhaust cannisters. Below average recording quality aside, the Mojo sounds…just hear it for yourself:

Nobody knows when the Mojo will be launched, although the report claims that a launch can be expected 2-3 months from now (Haven’t we heard that before?). Apparently, Mahindra is extensively testing the Mojo under harsh weather conditions in Ladakh. This particular prototype had come to Lucknow all the way from Mumbai, and was headed to Delhi. We sincerely hope all the testing pays off.
The Mahindra Mojo is expected to have 31.2 bhp of power. Other visible features include USD front forks, petal disc brake up front, box section swing-arm and Pirelli soft compound rubber.

Well… Its been around for a long time so the styling has grown on you and maybe by the time it launches it will look date but yes its not very eye catching.
Will be a great bike when launched.
I guess Mahindra Mojo is one of the first motorcycles in india to secure a place in a motorcycle news for showcasing its sound 🙂 That aside the styling is a bit boring..does anybody else feel so??
