Laupheim based German car tuning company Hamann Motorsport GmbH is readying a special BMW M4 for the 2015 Gumball 3000 Rally and boy does it have a mean streak! So what has Hamman packed in this BMW M4 that would blow away the audience at the rally?
In terms of cosmetics, the Hamann customised BMW M4 receives a body kit comprising of front spoiler, side skirts, 5-piece rear wing, custom bonnet, 7-piece rear-end panel, and custom front wings. The wheels on this M4 are a set of 21-inch Anniversary Evo wheels. The car has been wrapped up in gray colour, giving it a more sober look compared to other products treated under Hamann’s scalpel.
The power plant on the Hamann customised BMW M4 has been tweaked to deliver 520 horses worth of power and 700 Nm of torque against the stock 430hp and 550Nm. To top off the performance and deliver an eargasmic exhaust note, this M4 receives a sport exhaust system with 90mm tailpipes.
Gumball 3000 Rally is a 3,000 mile journey through public roads in exotic cars. Scheduled to begin on May 23rd, the Gumball 3000 Rally will go from Stockholm through Oslo, Copenhagen, Amsterdam and across the Atlantic to San Francisco, Los Angeles and finally Las Vegas.
