Volkswagen India opened its first express service facility in Coimbatore. This Volkswagen Express service centre has a large display area for cars With the staff having been trained to provide a world class experience to its customers.
The equipment workshop includes 44 work bays and 75 parking bays that facilitate the servicing of more than 2,500 cars in a month. The express service program is specific to the periodic maintenance of cars and the basic design of the program focuses on increasing the productivity and efficiency of its technicians. This program will also reduce the turn-around time for vehicles.
Michael Mayer, Director of Volkswagen Passenger Cars says that Volkswagen’s Express service program has been developed keeping in mind that sustainable success for the company is possible with excellent service and a high degree of customer satisfaction. He further added that with the introduction of this program will provide a hassle free experience at their dealerships by ensuring quality service in a short span of time.
The Express facility will be launched In India at key Volkswagen dealerships in a phased manner starting with Coimbatore followed by Gurgaon and Chennai in the next 12 months. This Express service will be available to customers at no extra cost over the regular service.
