Luckily, KTM-Bajaj isn’t skipping on the ABS unit for the India spec bike and the KTM 390 will be launched in India with the Anti-lock Braking System. The Bosch 9M ABS unit on the Duke 390 has sensors located at the front and rear wheels. These sensors are linked to a microchip that monitors engine torque and enhances the braking capability accordingly. 1. when rumors were around about the 390 getting launched on orange day mumbai … I asked the local trivandrum ktm showroom manager and he said yes the 390 would be launched on feb 24th .. and even tried to get a booking out of me for 20k. im just gonna wait n c what happens. wouldn’t be too hopeful when the company ceo himself said approx date of launch is june.

  2. thanks for mentioning my name
well to inform you that guy at the ktm showroom was very sure,i even asked him are you sure about the unveiling date and he said yeah the ninja and duke are unveiling on 10 april but not sure about when the bookings begin so lets just hope for the best 🙂

  3. Come on bro, not cool. You don’t submit another post on a topic you just posted a couple of hours back based on information from a comment! A change in title with the word CONFIRMED in big block letters and re-publish to reflect the current time should do.

Have to wonder though, how credible is a statement from KTM Hyderabad when you also consider KTM Bangalore said that the launch is slated for June/July.
