The Honda CBR600RR middleweight supersports bike has finally been exhaustively updated. The new 2013 Honda CBR600RR sports a revised engine, new suspension, new wheels, Honda’s Combined ABS and an updated design. The new front fairing sports a new central air intake that sits between the two headlamps.
For the first time in the history of CB600RR, the bike gets Repsol Edition racing colors as an option. Paint options include Red, Repsol Edition or White/Blue/Red. C-ABS model available in Red only.
While the figures haven’t been revealed yet, the updated CBR600RR is likely to deliver considerably more power and have a better in gear acceleration. Honda says that the more power is courtesy an improved ECU and PGM-DSFI setting. The bike, thanks to the revised suspension setup, is also expected to come with better handling characteristics.
