This was one of the rare instances where the automakers use soft porn to invoke interest. This Italian ad portraying a young girl jumping into the couch with another female to get the keys of the Twingo was banned in Italy. The Country’s Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi allegedly had a hand to get the sizzling commercial off the air.
This, however, is not the first time that the Twingo has used such bold commercials for its promotion. The French car, which has ‘In tune with today’ as it’s a tagline, has used ads with sex as a prop to grab eyeballs in the past as well.
