Bajaj to launch new Discover 100 in December

We always knew that the recently launched Bajaj Discover 125 ST will spawn a 100cc sister for the commuter segment. The new bike will replace the current generation of Discover 100 and will be yet another attempt by the Indian manufacturer to get the better of aged but very popular Hero Splendour. It is being said that the new Discover 100 will come out towards the end of this year and the manufacturer says that the new bike will be the “world’s most advanced motorcycle” in the 100cc commuter bike segment.

It may be noted that Honda recently overtook BAL to become the second largest selling bike maker in India and we have always said that the Honda Dream Yuga 110 has what it takes to become the perfect successor to the Splendour. It remains to be seen if the upcoming Discover 100 would be able to defend the onslaught from the mighty Jap.
