The all-new Maruti Vitara Brezza made it world début at the recently concluded Auto Expo in Greater Noida. Alongside the regular model, Maruti Suzuki also had this customised model on display. The Vitara Brezza Custom is based on the range-topping ZDi+ variant, and should be available once sales of the compact SUV commence next month.
The customized Vitara Brezza features an array of embellishments that include a front scuff plate and an air dam surround finished in dull silver, along with a faux rear diffuser.
Decals and stripes are on offer as well, and are positioned on the fenders, hood, roof and tail gate. The Vitara Brezza Custom also gets smarter wheel arch trim.
The Vitara Brezza Custom rides on diamond-finished, 16-inch alloy wheels with body coloured detailing.
Inside, the Vitara Brezza Custom gets body coloured trim inserts on the dashboard and around the center console.
The door pads also sport body coloured inserts, replete with the stripes that are featured on the exteriors.
The seats on the Vitara Custom come upholstered in black leather with body coloured detailing and also get a ribbed pattern in the middle.
The new Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza compact SUV has been conceptualized, designed and developed in India using a Suzuki global platform and engine. The latter happens to be the familiar 1.3-litre DDIS 200 diesel engine, good for 88.5 bhp and 200 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. A petrol fuelled model will be offered sometime in the future, along with an AMT. The new Vitara Brezza will be competing against the likes of the Ford Ecosport, Renault Duster and the Mahindra TUV300. Features on offer include projector headlights, LED daytime running lights, 16-inch alloy wheels with 215 section tyres, Maruti’s SmartPlay touch-screen infotainment system with navigation and rear-view camera, cruise control, automatic climate control, ABS, EBD and dual front airbags.
