Datsun marked the beginning of the ‘Chingam’ season by delivering a record 310 units of the redi-GO in a single day to customers across the state of Kerala. This milestone, according to the company, is the highest number of cars being delivered by a manufacturer in the state during the Chingam celebrations.
Powering the Datsun redi-GO is a 799cc 3-cylinder DOHC engine that produces a power output of 54 PS at 5,678 rpm and a peak torque of 72 Nm comes up at 4,386 rpm. This engine sends power to the wheels via 5 speed manual transmission, The fuel economy of the redi-Go is claimed to stand at 25.17 kmpl. The Datsun redi-GO comes with a price tag of INR 2.43 L (Ex-Showroom, Kochi).
