Confirming news that has been floating for some time, the new 2015 Volkswagen Polo will come with a 1.2 litre petrol and 1.5 litre diesel engine. The Spec-sheet confirms launch of the GT variants too, which will be launched sometime in August and will retain their older engines in the new styling. The new 1.5-litre diesel TDI engine with a VGT, will make 90PS at 4,200 rpm and 230Nm of torque between 1,500-2,500 rpm. The 1.2 litre petrol engine will develop 75 ps at 5400 rpm and 110Nm of torque at 3750 rpm.
