There is no denying that the Chevrolet Cruze is among the most successful cars from General Motors in recent times. The Cruze, which has been selling in large numbers, is positioned in a very competitive segment and things might no longer remain in favour of the Cruze with the advent of fast approaching competition. The Cruze hasn’t been thru a major update since its launch in 2008 and is fast turning dated. However, GM recognizes that it needs to be ready to take the competition by its horns and this can be verified from the fact that the carmaker was recently caught testing the all new 2015 Chevrolet Cruze in Europe.
From the looks of it, the new Cruze is presently in initial stages of development but it is for sure that the new car will have a sharper looking design with a more aggressively styled green house and a front fascia.
Powering the new car will be a set of revised engines that will have better performance figures and fuel economy. The Cruze will come in as many as three body variants which consist of the sedan, estate and a compact hatchback.
Safely expect the new Chevrolet Cruze to make its first public appearance in later half of next year.
