BMW has unveiled the 2015 model of the F800R giving it a slight bump in power from the existing 87 bhp to 90 bhp, though the torque figure of 86 nm stays unchanged. The 798cc liquid-cooled four-valve twin-cylinder engine gets shorter ratios for the first and second gear offering better sprinting capability.

The 2015 BMW F800R also gets new suspension components and optimised ergonomics. The earlier telescopic front suspension has been replaced by new upside-down forks. The new seat has been lowered down to 790 mm as against 800 mm on the previous model and with new handlebars and rider foot pegs, now offers better ergonomics for the rider.

A new symmetrical main headlight differentiates the 2015 model upfront plus revisions have been made to its fairings, radiator shields, front mudguard and wheels. Also the 2015 BMW F800R gets a new range of colours.

ABS comes standard with ASC (Automatic Stability Control) and ESA (Electronic Suspension Adjustment) being offered as options.
