Details of 2014 Audi R8 have surfaced and are doing rounds on the web world. The car is being called the AU724 and the car is being developed along the successor to popular Lamborghini Gallardo. It is being said that both these supercars will make use of advanced carbon fiber and aluminum monocoque to keep curb weight under 1500 kgs.
Engine options will include a 4.2 liter V8 engine that should pump out 450 hp, and a 5.2 liter V10 engine that offers 550 hp. These engines will be mated to 7 speed dual clutch transmission.
