Modified Maruti Suzuki Ignis Render

This Digitally Modified Maruti Suzuki Ignis Strikes A Pose

The Maruti Suzuki Ignis is one of funkiest products to come out of Manesar. Every bit of its design – be it the U-shaped LED signature, the indentations on the C-pillar or the free-standing infotainment display in the colourful interiors – has been penned to appeal to the car-buying millennial. But as they say, there’s always room for improvement. And that’s exactly where artist Meet Singh‘s idea of an Ignis comes out to play.

Straightaway, this digitally modified model does away with the standard model’s biggest visual weakness – its underwhelming footwear. While the Ignis gets puny wheels and malnourished tires in the real world, Meet’s Ignis gets some tasty Vossen wheels wrapped with a set of fat, low-profile rubber that do justice to the chunky wheel arches. The render also adds a new, more aggressive front bumper wearing red lipstick, a chrome-less grille, roof rails and red ORVM caps.

Finally, contrast coloured black roof and a stealth grey paint-job round off the upgrades. Inside, the updates are left to your imagination. We’d like some of that red detailing below the centre console, and some of it one the seats. If you decide to give your Ignis a makeover like this, we’d recommend some extra firepower to go along with it, as the standard, 83 PS strong petrol engine or the 75 PS strong diesel engine will feel a bit weak as compared to the visuals.
